This is my smoothie recipe. This is what I made today after coming home from Body Pump.

1 scoop whey protein
1/2 banana
1 T. wheat germ
1 T. flaxseed
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup yogurt
16.9 ounces water

I mix all this up in my blender and it is really good. It is like dessert and it's good for me.
