Khaled Hosseini is at Town Hall in Seattle at 7 p.m. tonight. I was going to go and be there when the event opens at 6:15 p.m. I want to go. I looked at the map and saw that Town Hall is on the other side of I-5. It is only a few blocks from the bus stop to Town Hall. I would probably be fine but I don't like to go out alone at night.
Why in the world when there are important library events like this, can't there be vans to pick up at neighborhood libraries to take you back and forth???
