I just finished a complete revision of one of my mystery novels. I'm really excited to have it done. It feels good. I wasn't sure that I could do it. I started about a month ago and wasted probably three weeks avoiding the project. I finished today. This was my National Novel Writing Month or Nano novel that I wrote in November. I plan on writing the screenplay based on this novel.
It's a cozy mystery set in an apartment building in Seattle. Five people end up missing. Claire, the protagonist solves the puzzle and works together with others to find the perpetrator. Zumba is woven throughout the novel and there is a hint of romance between Claire and a retired police detective.
Now I need to find an agent and publisher.
