Zumba Fitness
I just looked at an e-mail from Women's Health that says that you can drop a dress size in 10 days with Zumba. Not only is Zumba pure fun but it tones your body. Zumba is sure a lot more fun than doing sit-ups and pushups. I love to dance. This isn't a chore. It's the most fun that I have in a week. I look forward to Zumba and taking classes at 24 Hour Fitness. You lose 750 calories on average when you take a Zumba class. If you really push to the limits, exaggerate the moves, sweat so it drips on the floor, get your hair and shirt all wet with sweat, then you are probably burning 1000 calories. Pretty good for just having a good time, being happy, and dancing to music!
